Connect 1.30 Release Notes

This release adds the ability for producers to update all of their account information through Connect and provides a sales report function. There are some general performance improvements and bug fixes as well.

New Features

Edit Producer Information from Connect

Producers can now change their account information from within Connect. Changes made from Connect will show up in the Local Food Marketplace Producers page and on the storefront when applicable. Users added to the Producer in Connect will also be able to log into the Producer account in Local Food Marketplace, and users removed in Connect will lose access to the LFM account.

 

In the Manage Markets page, a pencil icon appears for each Producer the Connect User is managing. Clicking this button will open a new page with 4 tabs: Contact, Info, Logistics and Users. 

Sales Reports

Sales reports in four preset templates are now available to producers through Connect. To access the reports, click the person icon in the top right corner and select Sales Reports.

1. Choose whether to view sales from all markets, or one market at a time if applicable.
2. Choose whether your date range is based on the date the orders were placed or the date they were distributed. Select a start and end date.
3. Choose which categories and tags of products you want to include in the report.
4. Choose which of the preset report templates you want to use.

The report generated has a printer icon at the top right that allows you to print the report or export it as a csv file.

 

Updates

Sell page speed improvement

The Sell page now loads more quickly when switching from a product detail page back to the product list on the Sell page.

 

Bug Fixes

Avery labels

The Large Avery labels generated from the Packing page now include the Producer name and the VIN when applicable.

Bulk Update Availability

The "unhandled error" message when bulk updating availability on the Sell page has been resolved.

Vacation Status

Updating vacation status on the Sell page now works correctly.
