New Features

Add "Packed" filter to Pack page

There is now a Packed status filter on the Pack page. When the filter is turned off, only unpacked products will appear on the page and in reports generated from the Pack page.

Link to storefront on Manage Markets

Producers can view their products as they appear on their market storefronts (may require having a customer account depending on market storefront settings). The link to the storefront is found by clicking the person icon, then Settings -> Manage Markets.

Include "In Person Market" quantities in sales reports
Quantities added to "in person markets" on the Sell page are now included in Sales Reports. Reports can be run on an In Person Market alone by clicking on its name at the top of the Reports page, or they can be included in their own section in an All Markets report.

Improvements

Sell page refreshes when product availability is updated

Changes to product availability are now immediately visible on the Sell page.

Pack page reports aggregate products when possible

In the Pack page,  reports that do not include order number or customer name, identical products will now be consolidated into a single line rather than having a separate line for each order in which the product appears.

Improved image quality

Connect now saves products images at 1000x1000 pixels. Previously it was saving them at 300x300.

Update profile name

Users can now edit the Producer name on their Connect profiles. Click the person icon and choose View Profile to get to the edit screen.

Deleting a product in Connect deletes the product in the LFM market

When a producer deletes a product from their Connect profile that product will now be deleted from their profile in any LFM-hosted markets they sell in.

Label export clean up

The export of the product labels from the Pack page now has the Route Name and Route Number in separate columns. The Delivery Date now exports in MM/DD/YYYY format. These changes make the export easier to for use in label solutions outside LFM.

Assign POs to offset Harvest Day

Our Connect 1.80 release allowed Harvest Days to move in sync with market Aggregation Dates any time a market would adjust their schedule. For example, if a market moves a Aggregation Date back one day for a week, your Harvest Day will move back one day in that week. This release makes products on Purchase Orders follow that offset. Note that PO products will only show up as an offset during the week of the Harvest Day. POs in future weeks will appear on the normal Harvest Day even if the market has prescheduled an offset Aggregation Date. When that week arrives, the PO products will be moved to the offset Harvest Day.

YTD revenue amounts on dashboard

The YTD revenue amount in Connect is now being calculated consistently with how it is calculated in Legacy.

Update inventory to include shrink

When available inventory is displayed by a market, the total displayed now takes into account any quantity reductions due to shrink.

Update favicon

The favicon displayed on browser tabs and as the mobile app icon now matches the LFM logo.

Show producer name for PO products in Pack page reports

Pack page reports now include the producer name for PO products in the same places they do for pick list products.

Make edits to User Name flow through to LFM

When a Connect user changes a user name in the market settings, that name change will be visible to market admins in the producer profile on their LFM site.

Bug Fixes

Header message obscured on smaller horizontal screens

Dashboard messages now appear complete on all screen sizes.

Set character limit for product tags

A 50 character limit has been set for product tags to prevent an error that was occurring with larger tags.

In Person Market availability clears each week

Previously, In Person Market quantities on the Sell page were persisting after the market day. Those quantities now zero out once the market day has passed.

Connect users getting disconnected from markets when API fails

Now in cases where the connection between Connect and an LFM market breaks due to technical issues, Connect shows an error message and does not disconnect the producer profile from the market.
