The Manage Markets page allows you to add and remove markets from your Connect account, to edit your producer information in each market, and to add or remove other users from your producer accounts. To get to the Manage Markets page click the person icon on the top right of the screen, select Settings, and go to the Manage Markets page.
All the LFM markets your email address is connected with will appear on the Manage Markets along with the "Other Markets" section where you can add your own in person markets. Click the Add Market button to begin the process of setting up a new market for your Connect producer account. See Add a Market and In Person Markets. To stop managing a market in Connect click the Remove Market link on the market card. That will not remove your producer account from that LFM market but it will remove that market's product list and sales information from your Connect interface. You can always add removed markets back into Connect as long as your email address is still on the producer account in the LFM market.
Editing Producer Profile, Settings, and Users
You can add and edit information in your producer profile, changes logistics settings, and add or remove account users for each producer and market you manage with Connect. Each Market and Producer that is active will have a pencil icon that allows you to make changes to that market/producer.
Changes made from Connect will show up in the Local Food Marketplace Producers page available to market admins, and on the storefront when applicable. Users added to the Producer in Connect will also be able to log into the Producer account in Local Food Marketplace, and users removed in Connect will lose access to the LFM account.
Clicking the pencil icon will open a new page with four tabs: Contact, Info, Logistics and Users. After making changes to any tab, make sure to click the Save button before moving on.
Contact Tab
The information supplied in the Contact tab will be visible to the market admins, and some of it will show up on your market's Meet the Producers page if they use it. The fields that show up on the Meet the Producers page are Producer Name, Owners, Address, Phone, and Website Address.
Info Tab
The Farm Description and Farm Practices you input here will all appear on the storefront Meet the Producers page. The "Producer Profile Page" link at the top right of the tab will take you to the public facing page so you can see how it looks.
The Documentation and Certifying Bodies sections allow you to upload documents to share with your market admins and to claim certification with any organizations that your market admins have identified. This information will be seen only by market admins.
Logistics
On this tab you can change the settings about where you will deliver your products, which subperiods (the market's different distribution days) you will sell products for, which email addresses you will get your pick lists sent to, and whether your emailed pick list is detailed or summary. It's usually best to check with your market manager before making changes to your logistics settings.
Users
If you have multiple users who will log in and use your account, you can add and remove users here. You can use the three dot icon to send invite emails and reset password emails to your users, and to edit or remove them as well.
Note that if you have multiple producer accounts or if you are a producer in multiple markets, changes to each market are independent from each other, so you will need to make updates separately in each market if info is changing for all of them.
