Sales Reports

Sales reports in four preset templates are available to producers through Connect. To access the reports, click the person icon in the top right corner and select Sales Reports.

1. Choose whether to view sales from all markets, or one market at a time if applicable.
2. Choose whether your date range is based on the date the orders were placed or the date they were distributed. Select a start and end date.
3. Choose which categories and tags of products you want to include in the report.
4. Choose which of the preset report templates you want to use.

The report generated has a printer icon at the top right that allows you to print the report or export it as a csv file.

The preset report templates are:

1. Sale Summary - compiles total quantity and dollar value of each sales unit ordered or distributed within the chosen date range.
2. Sales by Month - compiles all sales within each month in the chosen date range
3. Sales by Product by Month- compiles monthly sales for each selling unit
4. Customer Order Detail - provides every line item from each order in the chosen date range including customer name and order location
