Creating Your Account

 

Logging In

Go to https://app.localfoodconnect.com/ to log in. You will log in using the email address of your producer account in your Local Food Marketplace markets. If you already manage your producer account through LFM, you can use the same email address and password for Connect. If you are a new user, your market admin should have sent you an invitation email which includes a link to set your password. If you don't know which email address is associated with your market's producer account or if you have not received the password reset email, please contact your market admin.

Signing Up

The first time you log in you will be asked to provide some account information:

Once you enter the required information and agree to the terms of service you'll proceed to the Add Markets section.

Add Markets

If you're selling in just one LFM market as an individual producer, Local Food Connect will automatically import all of the products from your LFM market into Connect and will set up Harvest Days based on when your market gets your products.  That process only takes a few seconds and you'll be re-directed to the Dashboard when the setup is complete. 

If you sell in more than one LFM market, or manage more than one producer within an LFM market, you'll need to select which market you'd like to add and manage first. We recommend choosing your primary market/profile as the first market you set up in Connect. The Product names from the market you set up first will be the names of the products you see in Connect.

Local Food Connect will automate the setting up of your first market in Connect. To add additional markets or producer accounts, check out the Add Markets article.

Now you are ready to begin selling products.
