Changing Harvest Days

Initially Connect assigns each Distribution Day of your market to a Harvest Day, but your actual harvest schedule may not match that automatic assignment. You can change your Harvest Days by clicking the person icon in the upper righthand corner of any Connect page, selecting Settings, and then selecting Harvest Days.

Each day that your markets receive product from you - each Aggregation Day - is assigned to a Harvest Day. The Harvest Day is always on or before the Aggregation Day of the Distribution Day. For example, if a Distribution Day has an aggregation day of Monday and you assign it a Harvest Day of Friday, that means the Friday of the prior week will be the Harvest Day for that Distribution Day each week. 

The Harvest Days you choose will determine how order information is aggregated into harvest reports, which you and your crews can use to fill orders. If you assign all Distribution Days to the same Harvest Day, then your harvest reports will combine orders from all Distribution Days together.

If your market admin changes the Aggregation Day for a given Distribution Day, your Harvest Day in LFM will move along with that Aggregation Day. For example, if your Aggregation Day is normally Friday and you set your Harvest Day to Thursday (one day prior), if your market admin move an Aggregation Day to Thursday some week, that week your Harvest Day will show up as Wednesday (one day prior again).
