For new customers:
To access our Market Manager Guide and software announcements you will need to log in to our Help Desk.
Log In to the Help Desk
If you've communicated with our support staff through email previously, you can simply click Get a Password here or on the login screen. If you have a different email you'd like to register, you can create a new account.
Once you are logged in you'll be able to access the Market Manager Guide at any time from the (?) at the top right of the admin interface. You can also bookmark this URL: https://localfoodmarketpl ace.zendesk.com/.
Be sure to check out our Onboarding Manual for new markets. You can view your communications with our support staff by clicking on your profile name and selecting Activities.
For existing customers:
We've updated our support documentation.
You can still find it by clicking the (?) in the top-right corner of your admin interface or by logging in at https://localfoodmarketplac e.zendesk.com/.
Logging in to our Help Desk
To access our Market Manager Guide and release announcements, you will need to log into our Help Desk. If you've communicated with our support staff through email previously, you can simply click Get a Password here or on the login screen.
Once you log in, you will also be able to view any communications you've had with support and track the status of your tickets by clicking on your user profile and selecting "My Activities." If you are not logged in, you will only be able to view the producer guide.
