Reports & Labels

Historical sales information is available in the reports listed below. These are available for downloading to a .csv file, a PDF, or a .xls (spreadsheet) format. Chose the report you’d like from the drop down under ‘Reports’ and choose the cycle or the date range you’d like to take a look at your sales. You can view the report there on the web page or download to the various formats with the icons.

All Products I Sell	A producer report that features all of the producers products, whether listed or not, sorted alphanumerically by Product Name. This report contains UPC and VIN numbers (if assigned by the Market Manager). It can also be exported to CSV, PDF, and XLS. Includes prices and all units, tag line, long description, unit name, and unit weight.
Current Products Listed	A producer report that features the producer's currently listed products. It can also be exported to CSV, PDF, and XLS. Includes prices and all units, tag line, long description, unit name, and unit weight.
Items Sold Vs. Items Listed	This report shows how many of your listed items sold. This is most useful for producers who have a limited quantity available each week.
Revenue Summary	This report shows your sales totals by product and reports the number of units of that product sold for a specified date range.
Customer Order Detail	This report can be generated either by Period start date, or by Date Range (end of Period Date) and includes sales information about all of the items ordered by customers within the given range.
Revenue by Order Period	This report shows your sales totals by product and reports the number of units of that product sold per chose order cycle. This includes the unit weight and price per unit.
Revenue by Month	A producer report that shows producers their revenue by month for a given time period, broken down by month. If the date fields are clear when clicking "Submit" it will show the lifetime of the producer.
Product Price History	A producer report that allows selection of a given product and date range to see a history by period of that product's units and corresponding prices.
Sales by Product by Month	A producer report that shows quantities and prices for products sold grouped by month and year. Click "Search" without selecting a date range to report on a producer's entire history.

 

Labels

Labels are generated for ordered product, and can be accessed by navigating to the bottom of the "Reports" page.  Select the period (and sub-period if applicable) for the Labels you're looking to generate.  Contact your market manager if you are unsure which labels to use.
