Settings, public profile, & adding users

If this is your first time logging in, you’ll want to review your information and settings by clicking the Settings option in the left side menu.

The settings page contains four tabs, which you’ll want to review and maintain:

1. Contact
2. Info
3. Logistics
4. Users

The fields within the Settings tab update automatically after you’re finished editing them, and you’ll be alerted that they’ve saved by a message in red at the top of the page.

Contact Tab

In this tab you can update and maintain your operations contact information.  Note that the "Producer Name" and "Email" fields are in red, and are required fields.

Info

In the Info tab you can update the information that appears on the storefront Producer Profile of your market by editing the “Farm Description” and “Farming Practices” fields.  The image that appear on the Producer Profile page are setup and maintained by your Market Manager.

Logistics

In the Logistics tab you can specify your level of participation in the market.

You can designate whether you’re on vacation, which will hide your listed Products from the Storefront.

Using “I Will Deliver Products To” drop-down you can select where you will drop off your ordered products.

If you’re market has sub-periods, you can select which sub-periods you’d like to participate in.  Sub-periods are generally named by the distribution date to customers – but check with your Market Manager to make sure you’re assigned to the correct sub-periods. 

You can designate which email address you’d like to receive Pick Tickets at.  Please note that you can elect to receive the Pick Ticket at multiple email addresses by entering the email addresses separated by comma.

Finally, you can select whether you’d like to receive via email the Standard Pick Ticket or the Detailed Pick Ticket

• Standard Pick Ticket – includes total quantities of ordered Product
• Detailed Pick Ticket – includes customers name, and if multiple customers ordered the same product, breaks out those ordered quantities by Customer.

Please note that you can view, and print, both Pick Tickets in the Pick List page of your Producer Profile.

Users

In the Users tab you can review which Users have access to your Producer profile.  You can send a Re-set password email to a User that needs to change their password to login.  You can add a User, if there's other members of your operation that need access to the Producer Profile.

You can also delete a User, which removes that Users ability to access your Profile.  Please note that only a Market Manager can change a User’s email (which serves as their Login) so please contact your Market Manager if you need to update a User email.
