Release Date: 9/19/18
This release adds a new Unconfirmed Order Scheduled Event, allows Market Managers to generate Avery Labels from the Admin Pack Orders page and adds export functionality to the Route Management and Purchase Order pages. Additionally, bugs related to Sales Reports, Delivery Location, and the Confirm Order button on the storefront.
1. Unconfirmed Orders Email Scheduled Event
This release adds the ability to schedule the sending of the Unconfirmed Order Email during the Order period. Like other scheduled events, it needs to be scheduled within the current period. We suggest scheduling it sometime before the order cutoff of the particular period or sub-period that you're setting it up for so that customer's have time to log in and finish their order.
To schedule this new event, go to Admin-->Periods-->Sub-periods and select the sub-period you'd like to schedule the event for. The Unconfirmed Orders event will be at the bottom of the list.
We recommend reviewing your Unconfirmed Order Email and Email Subject content in Site Setup->Customers-->Content ahead of scheduling this event.
2. Producer Labels Added to Admin Pack Orders
This release adds the ability to generate the Large and Small Avery Labels (5160 and 5163) from the Admin Pack Orders page (Orders-->Pack Orders).
Market Manager's can utilize the filtering and sort options on the Pack Orders page to generate a specific group of products that require labels, and then generate those labels directly from the Pack Orders page. It's now possible to generate labels for all of your Producers at once, as well as adjust how the labels sort (by Order, Product, Producer, Location or Customer).
3. Qty. Sold Added to Admin Availability Export
This release adds the ability to add a "Qty. Sold" column to the Admin Availability export. Market Manager's can use this functionality to get a precise record of products that were listed and sold within a specific period.
4. New Mobile Phone Field on Customer Profile
This release adds a new field to the Customer profile, as well as a new required field on the storefront registration page: Mobile Phone.
5. New Payments and Credits Reports
This release adds updated reporting functionality for tracking Payments and Credits.
6. Warning Message Added to Producer Product Deletion
This release adds a warning message when a Market Manager or Producer attempts to delete a product. When a product that has been sold is deleted, that product is removed from Sales Reports and Summary Pick List.
7. Route Summary Export
For customers licensing the Route Management module, this release adds a CSV export of a saved route. This export includes the Customers Name, Address and Order Number.
8. Inventory: Purchase Order Export
This release adds a CSV export to the Products-->Purchase Orders page, allowing Markets utilizing the Inventory module to export a CSV file with a line by line breakdown of each Purchase Order item in the filtered Purchase Orders page.
9. Subscriptions: New Subscription Confirmation Page
This release adds a new subscription confirmation page that displays more information, and allows customers to verify their billing address before confirming their order.
10. Subscriptions: Subscribers by Location Detailed Report
This release adds a new Subscription Report, which includes the date the customer signed up for the subscription, their last subscription distribution date and their account balance.
1. Sales Reports Bug Fixes
This release corrects issues with the new Sales reports (unveiled in Release 4.62):
- The Sales by Producer (by Order Period) is now returning results
- Accessing the Sales Reports via the Accounting-->Reports now returns results as well
2. Delivery Location Bug
This release corrects a bug that wasn't recognizing delivery locations as delivery locations unless there was a distribution fee associated with the location. The system now recognizes delivery locations as such, even without a fee associated.
3. Confirm Order Button Bug
This release corrects a bug that was causing some confusion when confirming an order on the storefront. If a customer can confirm an order on the storefront without entering a credit card (i.e. Pay on Invoice), but haven't yet made that selection on their storefront order, the system now gives the customer of the option of selecting to Pay on Invoice after clicking the "Confirm Order" button on the storefront.
4. Prevent Deletion of Final Price Level
This release corrects a bug that was allowing customers to delete the only price level in the system - with this release there must be at least one price level entered in the system.
5. Subscriptions: Last Distribution Date
With this release, the "Last Distribution" date in the Orders-->Subscriptions page references the last distribution date of the subscription product, not the distribution date of the most recent order (which could be a non-subscription order).
6. Purchase Orders: Receiving More Than Was Ordered
This release corrects a bug that was preventing the editing of Purchase Orders if there was more received product than was ordered in the Purchase Order.
