Release Date: 8/8/18
This release offers major improvements to Sales reports, and adds sub-period designations to customer subscriptions, streamlining the creation and management of subscription orders for customers as well as making subscription orders function more like recurring orders on the storefront. Additionally, this release corrects bugs related to the Route Management module, Recurring Orders and the Distribution Day date field.
1. Sales Reports
This release adds significant functionality to Sales Reports, allowing Market Managers to generate Sales Reports by Order Date, or Period and Sub-period. The ability to compare sales to the same date range in the previous year is also included.
These reports are now filterable by Price Level, Location, Customer Type, Customer Name, Product Category & Sub-Category, Product Name and Route (if utilizing Route Management Module). These filter options allow you to create customized sales reports for specific producers and customers.
2. Storefront Order Confirmation Page
The Order Confirmation page now defaults to showing Distribution Fee and Sales tax - this information was previously in a drop-down that needed to be expanded to view.
3. Hide Selling Units on Mobile Device
This release adds the ability to hide Product Selling Units in the Admin Availability page while accessing this page on a mobile device.
4. Add Unique ID's to Storefront Elements
This release adds unique id's to various aspects of the storefront, allowing them to be hidden in the style-sheet. If there are areas of the storefront that you are interested in hiding from Customers, please contact LFM Support at email@example.com
5. Subscriptions: Customer Subscriptions Assigned to Sub-period
For multi-period markets, this release assigns customer subscriptions to specific sub-periods, making filtering and creating orders simpler. LFM has scripted existing subscriptions to sub-periods based on the Location of the subscription. Moving forward, if a location is assigned to more than one sub-period, customers will be prompted to select their delivery day (sub-period) when confirming their subscription. The Distribution Day of a customer's subscription will now display on the storefront subscription page, and market manager's can add the @@DISTRIBUTION_DAY placeholder to their Subscription Confirmation Content to convey the distribution day in the confirmation email.
There is a new tab in the Orders-->Subscriptions page: Create Orders. In this page, managers choose which Order Period they want to create the subscription orders into, and then subscriptions, and sub-periods they want to create orders for. This then filters the subscriptions list, where managers can select which subscriptions to create orders for, and then click the "Create Orders" button to create orders in the selected period. The sub-period on the customer's subscription will determine the sub-period the Order is created into
6. Subscriptions: Add Items to Subscription Orders
This release makes subscription orders function more like recurring orders: once the subscription order is created, customers can add items to the subscription order within the order window of the sub-period/period it's created into. This means customers will have just one order per sub-period/period.
7. Subscriptions: Subscription Products Can Be Cancelled on the Storefront
This release adds a new setting to the Subscription Setup in Admin-->Site Setup Subscription that allows Customers to cancel their created subscription order on the storefront, if the setting is enabled. This can be used by markets in addition to the Hold functionality to determine whether customers want to receive their subscription for the current order period.
8. Subscriptions: Account Balance Now Includes Unused Credits
With this release, the Account Balance fields in Orders-->Subscriptions include Unused Credits. The Account Balance now represents the sum of any Unapplied Payments and any Unused Credits.
9. Subscriptions: Pay By Order Auto-pay Status on Customer Subscription
With this release, Customer's who are assigned to a Pay By Order payment plan can see whether they're set to Auto-pay or not.
10. Subscriptions: Customer's Default Location Pre-Loads on Subscription Dropdowns
With this release, the location that a customer has selected as their default location pre-loads on the storefront Subscriptions page, as well as in the location drop-down in the subscription box of the product page.
11. Subscriptions: Holds Now Reference Distribution Day
With the tying of customer subscriptions to sub-periods, entered subscription hold dates will now reference the Distribution Date of the selected Period and the sub-period assigned to the Customer's subscription in the Create Orders page of Orders-->Subscriptions Page. Previously, holds referenced the current date.
12. Subscriptions: Multiple Subscriptions for the Same Product
With this release, market manager's can create multiple subscriptions for the same product, allowing them to setup subscriptions for Fall and Winter CSA's without needing to setup new products.
1. Null Producer Pick List Field Bug
This issue corrects a bug that was creating an application error on the storefront for customers when their confirmed order sold out a product for a producer that didn't have a Pick List Email specified. The storefront no longer generates an application error when this occurs.

Please note that line breaks in reviews will still appears with &, but these can be removed and the review saved/edited without getting an error message.
5. Period Length Bug In Database
This release corrects a bug that was incorrectly saving the period length in the database when a market transitioned from a 14 day period to a 7 day period (or vice versa).
6. Recurring Orders Delivery Fee Bug
This release corrects a bug that was adding a delivery fee based on the customer's default location, instead of the location on the customer's recurring order.
